Tortilla de patatas

So happy to find a vegan tortilla de patatas. Reminiscent of my time in Spain ( 50+ years ago, before I became vegan about 35 years ago) but the vegan version!

Nel complesso abbastanza buona, anche se sembrava scaldata al microonde. Mangiata con la salsa alioli (che era strepitosa) mi è piaciuta. La salsa era un po’ poca però per la quantità di tortilla

La mitica tortilla di patate con peperoni veganizzata. Super convincente! Uno dei piatti che ho preferito di questa vacanza. Con salsa tartara vegana.

In Sevilla two days & had two Spanish tortillas - would have had three if I’d had the chance. Even before becoming vegan, I always hated 🥚🥚 (my family used to hide them in other food when I was a kid) but on the odd occasion I try something like this, or a quiche I am always surprised at how much I like it. Vegan Rock’s was creamy & had some great pepper flavours coming though with the potato.

Tortilla de patatas muy jugosa. La verdad es que es de las mejores que he comido. Con salsa veganesa..
