Tomyam Fried Rice

I know this label has a typo but I follow the rule of registering the name from the menu 🙃 My attempt to make it easier for my #vegan compatriots to identify from abillion to the menu when you’re there 🤓 Their fried rices have the option to #droptheegg along with thoughtful labelling in general for egg/milk dishes. I mean… it’s alright. I haven’t had a lot of #tomyum #friedrice in my life but even I can tell this was quite mediocre 🫥 For some reason, so many vegetarian places under-season. It was adequately #spicy but that’s coming from this weak #spice baby 😅 The sweetness and sourness could’ve been stronger to match the #heat 😗 I suppose the mushrooms were the best part cuz the carrots were just carrots. I also liked the choice of always brown or purple #rice 😋 It’s char felt satisfying to extinguish with the fresh julienne cucumbers 😛 RM7.50 is much for this quality but at least the portion is quite big 😮‍💨 had to take some home 🥡 I have yet to explore more from this place but the food always tastes quite hearty 😋 thought sometimes a tad bland 😅
