This is my favourite tofu scramble. So full of flavour and so nutritious!

Fussy request alert 🙃 I asked if it was possible to make this oil-free... The Grind chef made this for me using water & no oil! Loved it! Was still so flavourful without any grease.

This breakfast is wholesome, delicious and big enough to share between two. The combination of the scrambled tofu, red peppers, spinach and cabbage is just so yum.
