You choice the vegan meat. Paid extra for cilantro & shredded vegan cheese. They forgot the cilantro will have to ask Uber eats for a refund. On Uber eats menu there is no description of what is in the rancheros. Had to google their menu to see. Scrambled tofu with potatoes. This dish is only served till 12:30 pm.
