Tofu Power Bowl

Dining at the Panorama Lounge now means that there is not one, but two, fully vegan options available on the menu now. This #vegan dish featured marinated tofu, cauliflower rice, sliced heirloom radish, cucumber, pickled carrot, sweet corn, sunflower seeds, sprouts, beet hummus, spicy mayo. It was as tasty and delicious to eat as it was a delight to the eye. This dish was outstanding and I am now on the hunt for similar marinated tofu recipes. #vegan #lenordik #babyvegan
