Tofu Pad Thai

Another Vancouver find! Sorry about the pic…I was so hungry I ate a bunch first. 😂 Turf has such a cool vibe and I wish I’d had a chance to try more items. Their menu is not 100% vegan but I’d say at least 50%. This was a really tasty take on Pad Thai. Gotta love when they include a ton of veggies. They were generous with the tofu, too.
