Tofu Pad Thai

Rice noodles, crispy tofu, mixed vegetables, tossed in the house made peanut sauce. I didn’t find it easy being vegan in the international drive area, a lot of wait staff looked confused by my requests for non dairy. This was a great meal, I wasn’t sure about peanut sauce but it was really delicious. The texture of the noodles was a little soft but the tofu was delicious & the flavours delicate

I would recommend if you’re in universal and want a big plate. You’ll be full for almost all day :)
