Tofu Katsu Tonkotsu Ramen

Ordered this only to eat breaded tofu👌 eat the tofu before adding in the soya milk thing so that it stays crispy. The quantity is sooo much and we don't have access to a fridge so unfortunately had to throw some. They say all of their vegetarian options are vegan but then I asked what mayonnaise they use, it is veeba which does have dairy....
