Tofu benedict

I am not sure if this item is still on the menu at Holy Spirit, but I had the pleasure of trying it once with some friends and it was a great experience, customisable to add “bacon” and some other goodies.

Now known as Benediction - so yummy and filling - tofu, braised spinach, vegan hollandaise sauce, cherry tomatoes etc - really enjoyed it. We Cafe now also offer vegetarian options (more of a flexitarian venue these days) but it’s easy to spot all the vegan options. They have to do what they have to do to keep the doors open and it’s just such a great venue with wonderful people and superb food 👌 I’ll keep on going #yummy #eggsbenedict #brunch

This is a lovely little cafe that is fully vegan. The owner is super friendly and makes you feel so at home. This was a brioche base topped with spinach, tofu and hollandaise sauce. Filling and really tasty 👌

Now known on the menu as Benediction. Homemade brioche bun with wilted spinach, tomato, tofu and vegan hollandaise sauce. A beautiful breakfast option. We Cafe never falls short of being something wonderful. Also open for dinner. An absolute gem!
