Tofu-Based Cream Cheeze Frosting

I appreciate that BrED is 100% #vegan, which is obviously kind of unusual for a #bakery. It makes knowing what you can and can’t have much easier. The #cinnamonrolls here don’t come frosted- you have to ask for and pay extra for a little portion cup of it if you want it. So for a #frosting lover, it wasn’t ideal for me. Tasted good, but not easy to apply to the cinnamon bun in the car…
