Tiramisù

my sister ordered this so I just had two bites. One bite I mixed with the dry crust on my torta to see if it helped. She found the cookie part a little dry. It started a whole discussion on what alcohol is used when preparing tiramisù. The waiter said alcohol is never used in tiramisù. however, when we got home, we had a deeper discussion with my Roman family and concluded that different regions use different types of alcohol. also that it originated in treviso and, historically, had a slightly aphrodisiacal reputation. I rarely order #tiramisu because i am usually disappointed. she did not finish it. #vegantiramisu #sweettooth #dessert #vegandessert and some baby birds in an interesting nest.🪺

Questo tiramisù mi ha un po' delusa perché era veramente liquidissimo, da bere praticamente. Il sapore è buono ma la consistenza non è da tiramisù!
