Timanfaya Mango-Blueberry

This little ice-cream cake was divine! It had a spelt base, topped with mango sorbet, filled with a blueberry core and again topped with a frozen blueberry! The bakery is completely vegan and this „cake“ was inspired by Lanzarotes volcanoes (Timanfaya National Park) #veganisnotscary
