Expected a mock meat version of wings, turns out these were cauliflower fritters dipped in
some yummy sweet and sour sauce.
The sauce was really good, and the surprise standouts of the dish were the sides of vegan mayo and their signature green pepper 🫑 sauce. Wasn’t really a vegan version of the wings, but it’s a refreshing take on how it’s the sauce that’s the yummy part of the dish and they delivered just that.
