The Vegetarian Butcher Meat served with Black Pepper Sauce

We oredered this dish as part of the A La Carter Dinner Buffet. This dish was so fragrant and was bursting with flavour. It also has a nice peppery taste and crunchy texture. It made me super nostalgic and reminded me of a very similar dish at Hakkasan in New York (the Vegan Black Pepper Chicken ).
