Sticky seitan ribs with chips

The sticky seitan ribs were good, although they were a little on the sweet side

for me, but texture of the seitan was a BIG thumbs up (it can be very rubbery ). The chips were a tiny bit of a disappointment (sadly ), kind of dry and "flat" as in they didn't really have much in them. Otherwise I'm so glad more takeaways are opening up offering vegan comfort food. The staff at the shop were awesome too.

I enjoyed the sauce on the sticky rib, didn’t like that when you bit into

the sticky rib it was white inside
Would rather eat there than do a take away served in plastic
