The Rustler Pizza

I was a little skeptical of how this would be, but it was fantastic! Pineapple, banana peppers, mock duck, and barbecue sauce. The non-vegan I was eating with liked this pizza better than her pizza with meat and dairy cheese! #veganisnotscary

This pizza has mock duck, pineapple, banana peppers, red onion, BBQ sauce, and homemade riNOTa cheese (a vegan ricotta made from tofu and cashews). I couldn’t believe how big of portion this was for a small pizza (America!) and they also offer a gluten-free crust if you request it. I had enough leftover for breakfast the next day and it was good cold too!
