Finally getting to try this top rated dish and evaluating it myself. I agree it is good, but I also think it’s kinda overrated to be the top rated dish out of 50 from abillion rating last year. I loved the herbal flavour of the soup, the noodles and plant based chicken chunks etc adding a great taste altogether. By the looks it seems quite bland but actually it tastes a lot better than it looks. Generous portion size too. Not worth the hype but 100% worth giving it a try.

Ok to eat , I prefer pho noodle from soul kind cafe, more herbs …

My main suggestion is to add more color, too much off-white and greyish. More green would also up the nutrition. Thx
