The Ice Ice Baby

I’m jealous seeing someone else got passionfruit on their pancakes! This item comes with: scoop of saffron pistachio ice cream (secret recipe), blackberries, homemade whipped cream covered with canadian maple syrup I loved the idea of saffron pistachio ice cream. It sounds unique and tasty. But ultimately I felt that the flavors could have been a bit more intense. Pancakes also a bit dense. Pretty plating and atmosphere, though!

Per la fama del posto, in realtà a me questi pancake non sono piaciuti così tanto.. l'impasto era con dei frutti rossi, ma molto sciapo. Il condimento era secondo me molto poco, soprattutto la frutta fresca e il gelato allo zafferano non mi ha convinta affatto purtroppo.. magari ho sbagliato scelta.
