Tex-Mex Enchilada

This was fine but I was annoyed at the steep 2$ upcharge just for vegan cheese - I expect that at omni places but it’s a vegetarian and vegan restaurant! Also, this is a burrito not an enchilada?? I did like the vegetable filling though.
