Teriyaki Vegan 'Chicken'

When I saw this dish on the menu I thought fried 'chicken' would be breaded. This was still very good with a nice chew. The glaze and the dipping sauce were great too. You could get teriyaki, yuzu or firecracker glaze. I think I'd try the firecracker next time.
