teriaki chik’un w/ noodles

#glutenfree This was wonderful! I expected teriaki to be sweeter and was glad to find that it stayed in the savory category completely. I also enjoyed chunks of carrot, broccoli and bok choy 🥬. This was served up at the quarterly vegan market, which is an awesome time for vendors to come together to sell, educate and entertain. Love how community-minded these events are!
