Tennessee Chicken

The crumbing on this was pretty good, could have been more moist, but probably the best I've seen. The texture of the seitan inside was only okay. And the flavour? Average. Worth trying. The sauce is the same as the one they use in the pies, the Vegemite one. The crust is the hardest thing to do and they've done a pretty good job at that, would love to them improve the other two aspects
