Tender Vegetables With Red Curry

Roasted fall veges with steamed rice and red curry (Vegan). And love the veges in this dish!!! Curry is coconut-ish taste~ #abillionlove

This dish is a mixed of lots of veggies and mushroom. It comes with a side of rice and the curry which I don’t capture in this photo. The curry is very delicious that I’m craving for it now while making a review. Very recommended.
