Tempeh Salad

Had this 3 years ago - remembered it being YUM and returned to find it as yum if not more!! Love how many colours, textures and flavours are in this bowl! Beetroot hummus and pesto dressing are fresh and delicious! Highly highly recommend!

Love the variety and combination in this salad- greens, barbecue tempeh, zoodles, charred corn, beetroot hummus, flaked almonds and a pesto dressing. Gives a beautiful rainbow of colours, flavours and textures. I was pleasantly surprised by how good the tempeh was, it was slathered in what tasted to me like a teriyaki sauce and was the highlight of the dish for me. One minor thing would be that I would’ve liked more char on the corn, but that’s a really small issue for a dish that’s otherwise substantial, healthy and tasty 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

FIVE STARS!! Includes barbeque tempeh, beetroot hummus, charred corn, baked balsamic zucchini, mesclun salad, vegan pesto dressing. The taste is rlly good, and it’s also light and refreshing.
