Tarte flambée champignons

I was happy to be able to try this traditional dish in its vegan version. The cream is replaced by tofu cream, and the taste is good. Nonetheless, they charge you 2,5€ for making it vegan, even if they are saving the price of the meat it usually has…still a long way to go 🌱
