tarragon chickpea salad

to be honest, i did not know what i was ordering. i saw chickpea salad and was intrigued so i ordered it. this chickpea salad mimics a tuna salad, complete with grapes!! (a total treat). the tarragon really adds in an extra layer of flavor, and the cooling salad really contrasted well with my spicy sandwich! i would def recommend this as a side, it’s one of the best chickpea salads i have had 🙌
