This bowl of sauteéd #noodles and #vegetables was so fresh and delicious! A mix of #carrot, #cherrytomatoes, #zucchini, #eggplant, #onion, #redpepper and #greenpeppers was tossed in a #soysauce along with tender #udonnoodles. The veggies were cooked just right, tender but not overdone, and very flavorful overall. We were worried that all the veg dishes might feel too similar but each one had a distinct flavor profile. Priced at 8,50€ for a filling bowl, my hubby and I split this dish which could easily be a filling meal for one.
The surroundings are beautiful, with a seaside walk with natural pools and lava formations along with a quirky repurposed sculpture! This is a seaside locale that has some chillout areas to enjoy with a smoothie or a drink. There is a "vegetarian" section on the menu, we were wary about it so our first server confirmed that everything we ordered was vegan. The service requires some patience, especially upon arrival.
