Flavorful sauce with notable salt and umami. The dish, consisting of Beyond Burger crumble, mixed red and white rice and tofu, was packed full of protein. A hearty, comforting dish in its resemblance to familiar Asian meat dishes. Good value for lunch set ($1 more than usual - if one counts the pre-6 PM weekday discount) which includes a drink; especially for Green Common which can be pricier.
