From Jan 22’ trip to Mexico 🇲🇽 My absolute favorite restaurant in Guadalajara MX!!! One of the best tacos I’ve ever tasted in Mexico! A grilled TVP soy taco with bell peppers topped with diced red onion, cilantro and sliced almonds. Squeeze a little lime on top and add one of there salsas (red or green) I prefer the green on these!! 🌮🌱😋🇲🇽 Update ~ came back on 10/6 and devoured more of these amazing tacos!
