Tabboulleh Salad

This was a vibrant and nutritious dish, but a tiny bit dry compared to other tabboulleh I’ve dried. It was enjoyable and flavourful but I ended up a bit bored one third of the way through 😅 Perhaps a good dish to share with other diners but didn’t stand on its own as a salad (and maybe it’s not intended to and I just had unrealistic expectations? 🤔)
