Summer Solstice Wrap

It looks like just a wrap but is fulled with love and magic. Dried cherries, fresh blueberries, roasted shredded brussels. “Honey” mustard sauce of love💚

Perfect lunch on the way home and second trip to V grits on our trip. This wrap was light and refreshing. It has mixed greens, fried brussels sprouts, vegan ham, tart cherries, fresh blueberries, candied walnuts and honey mustard vinaigrette. (I got it without the walnuts. ) Blueberries and cherries are my new favorite wrap ingredients now🤣 The flavor combo was just delicious and they really do have the best seitan ham!
