Strawberry cupcake vegan

Lola’s strawberry cupcake. Very yummy sponge cake with strawberry icing 🧁 little on the expensive side at £3.

I followed @rikesh and @sopheen ‘s advice and tried Lola’s Cupcakes again…and this time was incredible! The frosting was tangy and complimented the tender, sweet cake perfectly. There was even a hidden bit of jam in the center. I will now be looking for any excuse return - let me know if you wanna meet for delicious vegan cake :) #cake
