Strawberry Cream Cookie

Corninas Bakery in Tacoma, WA, has lots of vegan, gluten free and keto options including cake, cookies, quiche and sandwiches. They have plenty of indoor and outdoor seating and vegan options always on hand but you can also order vegan options. Parking is street parking. 😭 Unfortunately, this was not good. I am not sure of it was because it was #glutenfree but the cookie was dry and crumbled as you held it. The cream was ok, but not very flavorfull. I threw it away.
