Wow, this is one of the best dishes I've had in a while! The staff was so friendly and had good knowledge about vegan food etc, everything felt really good. The dish has oven baked veggies and potatoes, vegan quenelles (it says vegetarian on the menu, but in Swedish "vegetarian" means plant based so it makes sense), lingonberries, bread and sauce. Flavors, textures, looks... Five stars on everything!!
