Stirfried Kailan

The Chinese equivalent of kale, kailan is one uncrowned #superfood with slightly glossy leaves that's also sometimes known as Chinese broccoli. Not had these in a while though they are a zichar staple. This was the only properly #leafygreen option at Yi Xin's choose-your-dish selection at dinner last night.
