Stir Fry Tofu with Red Curry Paste

This Thai place is awesome. The owner is a very nice lady who speaks amazing English, so talk to her and she will happily make any of the dishes vegan. She understands you need to remove the fish sauce and sub tofu. Prices are very good, as this was 3 USD, however I did find it a little small. It was absolutely delicious though. Very bright and intense flavours, with good amount of green beans and lots of herbs and chili. They ask what level of spicy you want from 0-5, I asked for a 2 and it was plenty spicy for me! I could’ve done more but it would’ve started verging on overwhelming. #welikeitspicy
