Stir Fried Eggplant

🍆 + 🌶 = 😫💦 Literally very dish, no matter how you prepare the eggplant, just goes so well with #spicy flavours. A whole tonne of chilli oil in this case 🤤 Talk about taking #sweetdreamsaremadeofgrease to a whole new level! This was probably my favourite dish we ordered cause that oil with white rice 🍚 is such a superb combo 💜

Tasty and spicy dish. Eggplants seems to go well with mala or samba chilli. Highly recommend to try if you happened to visit the restaurant.

damn i dont usually eat egg plants but these were soooo good, it wasnt very slimy or very spicy. it was just right for me and it was reallyyy good

First time eating at Chengdu and it did not disappoint. Everything was really good. This dish in particular was amazing. Eggplant can be too slimy for me, but this was not at all. The eggplant was cooked just enough and the sauce was really flavorful. #veganisnotscary

Love this eggplant too. There are 2 eggplant dishes in this restaurant and both are amazing.
