Stir Fried Carrot Cake

Last reviewed many yrs ago. Its now $6 featuring an untainted rendition of the usual. Yeap, you can get the chef to fry up a white version so it looks more edible (to me), otherwise its the same starchy cubes of #radish +flour+water combo with #beansprouts thrown in for texture. Protein lacking but very effective in keeping hunger at bay 🙃 #alliumfree #carrotcake #chinese

Takeaway in my own container. Taste is acceptable and good portion for sgd$6. This restaurant doesn’t serve any eggs and even milk is plant-based type. #stirfried safe haven for vegans. 😺
