Sticky date pudding

Before I was vegan this was the one thing I always wanted at P.S cafe. This time I just had to watch my friend eat it 😂 It’s a bit disappointing they don’t have any vegan friendly dessert so they need to improve that. If I remember correct, it’s moist, VERY sweet and fluffy. Comes with ice cream (they definitely need to have dairy free ice cream too) #dessert #pudding #stickdate
