Steamed watercress dumplings

Cuando los vi pense que era poco, pero los últimos 2 los comi porque me encantaron, y la salsa que viene estaba muyy buena, era agridulce y combinaba muy bien

The Original Buddha Bodai is our go to place for vegan dim sum and these dumplings are our favorites. The fresh, delicious watercress inside this dumpling makes it outstanding. The wrapper is firm but not tough or too thick. It was a lovely flavorful break from some of the other richer, mock meat dim sum found here.
