Steamed Purple & White Chinese Yam, Cauliflower Mushroom Lily Bulb with Homemade Sauce

This is a one-person portion, part of the dinner set, but we forcibly shared it between the three of us😂 Each of us got one "stick" of yam and some of the beancurd + seaweed wrap, which was nice and light. The fungus and lily bulbs on the side are also light and refreshing as a starter.
