Steamed aubergines

These steamed aubergines 🍆 were delicious! Served with a garlic sauce and a generous amount of coriander 🌿 #evilweed 😂 yum! We loved them. The aubergines still had a little firmness to them that was fabulous. Not a fan of overly mushy aubergines.

Snap! It’s so good I ate before taking the picture! This is my favorite eggplant dish, mildly spicy with coriander. Love it!
