Spring Rolls

I ordered these because I saw them being made fresh in front of me and they looked so good. They weren’t greasy like other places and there’s tons of filling inside — glass noodles, bean sprouts, cabbage, tofu, carrot, spring onion, textured soy protein, and mushrooms, served with a sweet and sour plum sauce. It’s the perfect portion size too.
