Spicy Salad Rolls

I love these! I get them every time when we order from #pho because they’re healthy but are also surprisingly filling! They are literally just pepper, chilli, enoki mushrooms and cucumber wrapped salad leaves and carrot, and you can choose from a few dipping sauce options (I get sweet peanut sauce). I’ve made them from scratch too - a great snack or light lunch choice. #salad #vietnamese #saladrolls
