Spicy Korean Stir Fry with Udon Noodle

Good flavor but not spicy enough for my liking even though we asked for very spicy . Had it with tofu and they didn’t skimp.

I loooove udon noodles, so the spicy Korean udon was a no brainer. This was so saucy, slightly spicy, but not nearly enough haha 🌶️. But otherwise super yummy with this rich and flavourful sauce and lots of veggies and fried tofu. I think the sauce had gochujang in it, which I love. #noodlelover
