Spicy Chick’n Sandwich

We overdid the spice this trip. This sandwich, I could literally smell the spice. One bite was enough for me! This sandwich came with a large fried #Gardein chick'n patty, tossed in a really #spicy "Scorpion sauce," cruncy lettuce, tomato, housemade ranch, and pickles on a soft brioche bun. This is one of @zammysvegan really popular sandwich options and has been a signature on their menu! Also, thank you Mallory for getting a table, so I could take photos out in the rain. 📸🤣 I appreciate that these wonderful businesses accommodate my quirkiness. The chicken patty was huge and had an excellent texture and chew. The scorpion sauce was so good. I would like it even spicier, but it is very good.
