spicy chicken-style quesadilla

this quesadilla is a new menu item and is packed with spicy crispy chicken, cheese, and sauteed onions + peppers. it was served with chipotle fire sauce. this quesadilla is large and i was happy eat it. the fillings were pretty tasty, but i noticed they were mostly on the bottom of the quesadilla so the top was mostly tortilla with some cheese. i liked the onions and peppers, and appreciated how the crispy chicken tasted like chicken and was actually crispy! the chipotle fire sauce was also tasty and there was enough for me to dip my quesadilla sufficiently. i also feel like the quesadilla was extremely oily on the bottom… this isn’t a problem that always occurs and the food here ranges in oiliness but today it was especially oily. overall this was pretty tasty but i’d definitely go with the pierogi quesadilla over this one! #quesadilla #chicago #veganinillinois #veganchicago #veganchicken #chicken #veganisnotscary #veganquesadilla
