Spaghetti Vegano

‘Spaghetti with mushroom, baby marrow, red onion, garlic,chili and coconut milk and chimichurri’ This is my 2nd time having this, but this time as a takeaway. Extremely bland, no seasoning, not enough sauce and they left out the chimichurri and red onion. 💰R115 #pasta #veganpasta #italian

One of the best tasting pasta dishes out there. The spaghetti vegano is my go to at Doppio Zero.

This dish consisted of 90% spaghetti and Could be improved if there were more vegetables. However the Alfredo type sauce was creamy and flavourful and the portion size was generous.

Such a stunning pasta! So creamy and rich. Just like an Alfredo.
