Soybean meat miso ramen

Another amazingly tasty ramen dish from this tiny venue discovered thanks to abillion. The ramen soup was super savory and all the ingredients tasted great. The place is super informal and tiny, the chef is the only person working there and with us he was super helpful with explaining the dishes. Apparently they use Hatcho miso. very delicious. I don't know what the secret ingredient is, but I thought it was something I had eaten before. 味噌は八丁味噌を使用しているそうです。 とても美味しい。 隠し味に何を使っているかわからないのですが、食べたことのある物だと思いました。
