This delicious plant-powered salad was incredibly delicious! The bowl itself was HUGE. This was a large serving size and a really good price and #value at $12. Though it's called a salad, I'd say it's mostly a rice bowl dish. It has shredded cabbage, Cuban black beans, cumin-lime rice, corn, avocado, pico de gallo, and tortilla chips with a side of house made #nutfree chipotle ranch. This bowl is also #glutenfree
My favorite thing about this dish was probably the Cuban black beans and guacamole. They both had so much flavor and the house pico was delicious! The tortilla chips added a nice crunch as well. Next time I want to try their taco salad, which is similar but with nacho cheeze! This entire restaurant is #vegan and #womenowned. It's such a great community atmosphere. The staff celebrates each other on social media and their achievements including sobriety etc. They give people livable wages and second chances. I love it!
